Properties:

INDUFLOOR-IB-SL3000 is 3-component, solvent-free (100 % solids), self-smoothing & levelling, epoxy resin-based high- build, high performance, chemical & abrasion resistant seamless protective floor coating with dry film thicknesses between 1.0 mm and 3.0 mm. After curing the applied material provides a durable, easy-to-clean, protective, sealing & decorative topping with excellent abrasion & impact resistant properties. INDUFLOORB-SL3000 is based on selected epoxy resins & special hardeners and hard wearing fillers. INDUFLOOR-IB-SL3000 is available in a select of RAL shades.

Product Preparation:

Surface Preparation

All surfaces must be sound, clean and free from dust, grease & oils, curing agents release agents and other contaminations adversely affecting bond with the substrate. Steel or metal surfaces should be free from rust or scale in accordance with SA 2&2 (white metal finish). All adhesion preventing contaminants should be fully removed.

Product Priming:

Priming

Prior to application of INDUFLOORIB-SL3000, use as appropriate INDUFLOOR-IB1 280 or INDUFLOOR-IB1285

Product Mixing:

Mixing

Stir well, each of components A & B (separately) prior to the mixing of the two components. Empty the entire contents of component B into the canister of component A. Using an appropriate drill (RPM approx. 400} attached with an approved mixing paddle, mix the entire contents well for at least 3 minutes until a uniform colour and consistency are achieved. Gradually add – whilst mixing – the entire contents of Component C and continue to mix until a uniform colour and consistent mix is achieved.
