Product Details
Surface Preparation
All surfaces must be sound, clean and free from dust, grease & oils, curing agents, mould release agents and other contaminations adversely affecting bond with the substrate. Steel or metal surfaces should be free from rust or scale in accordance with SA 2&2 (white metal finish). All adhesion preventing contaminants should be fully removed.
Priming
Prior to application of INDUFLOORIB-SL1000, use as appropriate INDUFLOOR-IB1 280 or INDUFLOOR-IB1285
Mixing
Stir well, each of components A & B (separately) prior to the mixing of the two components. Empty the entire contents of component B into the canister of component A. Using an appropriate drill (RPM approx. 400) attached with an approved mixing paddle, mix the entire contents well for at least 3 minutes until a uniform colour and consistency are achieved. Gradually add – whilst mixing – the entire contents of Component C and continue to mix until a uniform colour and consistent mix is achieved.
