ASODUR®-HIGH BUILD is an epoxy coating suitable for application in a wide variety of usage situations
in both atmospheric and submerged conditions. ASODUR®-HIGH BUILD is a high solid, two- component, universal, fast drying, an abrasion- resistant epoxy coating which may be applied in high film thickness. It can be applied at sub-zero surface temperatures

Areas of Application:

A universal primer specifically designed for use in new construction situations, on steel to be exposed to harsh conditions. Con be applied on a wide range of substrates, as a primer, mid-coat, finish coat or as a single coat system for exposure in atmospheric and immersed environments. May be used by itself or in combination with other compatible products as part of a complete coating system. Offers excellent protection against corrosion and has excellent abrasion resistance. If a cosmetic finish is required it should be used together with a topcoat.

Application Methods:

Spray:
Use airless spray.

Brush:
Recommended for stripe coating and small areas, care must be taken to achieve the specified dry film thickness.

Roller:
May be used for small areas but is not recommended for the first primer coat, however, when using roller application care must be taken to apply sufficient material in order to achieve the specified dry film thickness.
