Product Details
Product Preparation
SOLOFLEX is mixed with clean water until a clump-tree pasty mortar is obtained.
Mixing ratio:
1.00 | water to 3.55 kg SOLOFLEX
7.00 | water to 25 kg SOLOFLEX
After a short period of maturing (approx. 3 min) the mixture has to be stirred again. Do not cover more surface than required, keeping within the working time of up to 60 minutes. The ready to use adhesive is applied with surface continuity and troweled with a suitable toothed trowel. The tiles are to be affixed with light pressure. For tiling of swimming pools, the spacings between the tiles requires correct and quick handling, so that all tiles may be layed in the time given for the adhesive to set.
Surface Preparation
The surface has to be dry, of load carrying capacity, and free from dirt, dust and release agents. Further information according to DIN 18157 part 1 must be adhered to.
Absorptive surfaces are to be prepared with ASO-Unigrund Primer. Smooth concrete surfaces have to be roughened, anhydrite screed has to be abraded and primed with ASO-Unigrund Primer.
