Product Details
Surface Preparation
All surfaces must be sound, clean and free from dust, grease, oils, curing agents, mould release agents and other contaminations adversely affecting bond with the substrate. Steel or metal surfaces should be free from rust or scale in accordance with SA 2&2 (white metal finish). All adhesion preventing contaminants should be fully removed.
Priming
Prior to application of the INDUFLOORIB3359 system, use as appropriate INDUFLOOR-B1 280 or INDUFLOOR-IB1 285
Mixing
The following procedure applies to the three surface finishes. However for the textured finish an addition of a thixotropic agent is necessary. For smooth slip-resistant, skid-resistant & first coat only of textured finish: Stir well, each of components A & B [separately] prior to the mixing of the two components. Empty the entire contents of component B into the canister of component A. Using an appropriate drill (RPM approx. 400) attached with an approved mixing paddle, mix the entire contents well for at least 3 minutes until a uniform colour and consistent mix is achieved.
