Properties:

AQUASHIELD TEX is a semigloss smooth texture flexible coating based on a high quality 100%
acrylic water-based binder in combination with water-repellent silane resin.

Areas of Application:

Especially recommended for exterior use on all types of cement plaster and concrete surfaces. The product has very good weather and water resistance. AQUASHIELD TEX provides an attractive soft texture that will hide and cover minor imperfections in the surface when applied with a sponge roller. The product has good crack bridging ability in excess of 1.5 mm. AQUASHIELD TEX also protects the structure from airborne carbon dioxide, Chlorides, and water vapour. AQUASHIELD TEX is classified as a suitable concrete protection system with extra high resistance to water. The product is also suitable for interior surfaces requiring high performance.

Application Data:

The substrate must be sound, clean, dry, free from dust, oil, grease and laitance etc. All traces of release agents must be removed. On chalky and dusty surfaces, all loose material must be removed by stiff bristle brushing.
